From Virtual Learning to Real Impact: LEAD Program Graduation at Meru University
By John Laton (YES ’13)
Meru University came alive with energy, purpose, and celebration as the LEAD Program (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Academic Development) marked a powerful transition from months of virtual learning to a successful in-person workshop and graduation ceremony.

A defining moment of the event was the launch of the MBS and CIS Club at Meru University, a milestone that ensures the program’s legacy and continued support for future students. More than a graduation, the celebration symbolized unity, resilience, and a shared commitment to community development.
With strong support from partners including Interweave Solutions, SuperTech, and IAESTE Meru University, the LEAD Program continues to empower young leaders, nurture entrepreneurs, and create lasting change across communities.
Together, we are building leaders and shaping a better future.
